Did a bit more work on converting the Drifter to hand change.  That aluminium casting was part of a model cannon

which I salvaged from the rubbish chute back when I lived in Meadow Avenue - I just knew they would come in useful one day.

A few "U" bolts and a bit of sawing and I can see this idea working.

Headed down the 'Dashers on Saturday night for Trevor's birthday bash - got back home at around three in the morning.

Took DOT over to the Quatford cafe for dinner on Sunday - a tad chilly at six degrees but at least it was dry.
