The engine appears to have fallen out of Andy's bike.

This week's mystery is a mechanical knocking in Andy V's GSX 750 engine.  This knocking started within a few mile of a new

cam chain being fitted.  A couple of days were spent eliminating various causes.  We now know it ain't valves, rockers, pistons,

big or little ends - the only thing we're unsure of now is the cam chain tensioning blades - they both have unusual wear grooves in them.

The engine has now been removed in order to take it up to Ian's garage for further investigation . . . . . watch this space.
