A few of the Eastern Bloc vehicles at the "Iron Curtain" weekend.

Monday and I put the Drifter back together following new rear brake pistons.

Tuesday . . . the weather forecast says today will be the hottest day of the year so far . . . so I was on the road just turned six in the morning

and didn't get back until early evening.    336 miles of sunshine on the TCT.

Wednesday and it was a visit to the foot clinic, then back home to start fitting an electric start to a Velocette Venom.

Thursday and I fettled ( not so well, as it turned out ) the MZ ready for Sunday's outing.

Friday was spent between working on a new Matchless and an old Velocette.

Saturday and I'd more or less finished the electric start on the Velo - so I took the B33 over to the Grubs rally for an hour or two.

Sunday saw a couple of MZs going over to Foxfield Railway for the "Iron Curtain" weekend - my MZ played up a little on the way back.

It turned out the points gap was virtually non existent - new points and cam on order.
