The classic ( and not so classic ) bikes at Wistanstow this year.

Monday and a new roof was fitted to garage No.53 - a couple of weeks earlier than planned.

Tuesday and the charger for my drill batteries failed - new one ordered via eBay.

Wednesday and despite the mild, sunny weather, I stayed in the garage wiring up Andy M's special.

Thursday and it was up to Ian's to give him a hand rebuilding a D10 Bantam engine - fitted a pilot jet to the A65 ( seeing as there wasn't one fitted ).

The new battery charger arrived - sometimes these 'ere computers are more than useful.

Friday and it was off to the Unicorn for our rally.

Saturday saw me taking the Bantam to the Motorcycle Museum for the Bantam Club AGM

Took the B31 back to the Unicorn on the trailer - it managed to destroy the battery ( and the swing arm spindle but that's another story ) on the way there.

Sunday and a spare battery was fitted to the B31, and off to Wistanstow we went . . . . coming back however, was a different story . . . the chain snapped.

Luckily the chain did no damage - so it was thanks to Andy for a lift back to the Unicorn . . . then recover the B31 . . . .which is now parked in the "naughty corner" for the time being.
