Just a few of the many BSAs on display at the BSAOC open day at Market Harborough.
Monday saw me getting the blue badge that I thought I was no longer allowed to have - so that was a bit of good news.
Tuesday and it was A65 and Guzzi fettling - then fitting the carb and new valve lifter cable to Keith's Velo.
Wednesday and the sun was out - so I took the B33 for a 195 mile run around mid Wales.
Thursday and the shiny stainless steel wheels for the A65 were finished - so I collected 'em, got the tyres put on, then fitted 'em back in the bike.
Friday was going to be the hottest day of the year . . .so I was in the garage at a quarter to five in the morning. The engine is now back in the A65.
Saturday saw me picking a fellow up from Bescot station - he'd come down with a view to buying the Drifter.
Indeed he did buy the Drifter . . . it was with rather mixed feelings that I watched the bike disappear down the slip road on the M6.
Sunday and it was the BSAOC open day at Market Harborough. I took the B33 and Andy M took the Starfire ( which won a highly commended award for the second year running. )
