At long last, I make a start on getting the Guzzi apart in readiness for a bit of prettyfication.

Monday and the second attempt at removing the broken exhaust stud failed . . . looks like the head will have to come off now.

More news on the Goldie engine - it will be another two or three months before it's ready . . . or so I was told.

Tuesday and it was over to the foot clinic for my annual check up - all in good order.

Wednesday saw me heading over to the eye clinic - all is fine, and they don't want to see me again until next February.

Thursday was a day of rest,

Friday was spent leisurely pulling the Guzzi apart.

Saturday saw me making a tool for undoing the lock nut on the Guzzi flywheel.

Saturday afternoon saw me breaking the tool.  I've now ordered a carbide milling cutter in order to make a better tool.

Sunday and it was over to Tamworth with Andy M and Tess to look at an ETZ 251 as a replacement for Andy M's

accident damaged ETZ Saxon.   Dinner at "Greasy Lil's" followed.
