The MZ and the Drifter sitting in the shade by the side of Llyn Celyn on the way to the seaside.
Monday was spent wiring a handlebar switch, then buying a new strobe 'cos mine failed.
Tuesday saw me sorting a little problem out on a Kwak Z650
Wednesday and I should have been out on the A65 . . . but I noticed three broken spokes,
Got the Goldie out and headed for the "Ships Graveyard" at Purton . . . .this time the starter chain didn't break
Thursday and the Goldie had some new fork seals fitted - the Bantam had some new jets in the carb.
Friday was the hottest day of the year - so it was off to the seaside on the Drifter.
Saturday saw me putting new gaiters on the Goldie, then putting the front end back together.
Sunday and I took the Bantam out on test again. From going onto reserve to the tank being empty takes 23 miles.
Funnily enough the reserve is one litre - which is the size of my fuel bottle. This means the Bantam is doing 104 mpg
