The old V.I.R. ( Vulcanised India Rubber ) lead on my drilling machine - a fire or electrocution waiting to happen.    Check your wiring folks.

Monday was spent collecting drugs - of the essential, legal, variety.

Tuesday was a day of shopping.

Wednesday - rain, so I stayed indoors.

Thursday and DOT got covered up for the Winter.

The kitchen cold water tap had a new washer, and the cold water tank needs a new ball cock.

Friday - oh look, it's Christmas Day.

Saturday was spent recovering from the great deal of bugger all I did yesterday.

Sunday was a day of electric fettling in the top garage.

Three new two gang sockets fitted and some rather dodgy wiring discovered.

Looks like the drilling machine will be getting rewired in the very near future.

With hindsight, this is what tripped the house RCD back in August ( week 32 if you must look - it also tripped the alarm ).
