For the first time ever, I didn't photograph anything this week - so here's a still from Sunday's video . . . . .the appropriately named  'Oss Shit Corner . . . . you can guess why.

Monday and I managed to destroy the small end bearing in the Bantam engine.  The needle rollers went down into the crankcase.

So that will be an engine out and split the cases then . . . . . good job I have a spare engine just waiting to go in.

Treated myself to a curry at The Railway later on.

Tuesday and I was going to remove the Bantam engine - but it was too cold for my liking.

Wednesday, and apart from a trip to the Post Office, I didn't do a lot.

Thursday saw me making a couple of "special tools" to aid in fitting and removing gudgeon pins from Bantam sized pistons.

Friday was a day of welding and tool making.

Then it was time to put the spare engine in the Bantam frame - I can sort the rest out tomorrow.

Saturday and the new "big bore" Bantam engine ran - it now has a whopping great 10cc extra.

Sunday and it was off on the Bullet to Churchstoke for a pre Christmas dinner with a few of "the Enfield lot"
