When all else fails - take the carb off - strip it down - give it a good boiling - rebuild it - fit it - set it all up. . . . . it's only taken me around three or four years to get around to it.

Monday was rather damp - so it was off in the Bongo to the Royal Castle for a curry.

Tuesday and I headed to Wellington to pick up some new pistons for the A10

Got back and finished upgrading the brake lights on the TCT to LED bulbs. I noticed my Leatherman wasn't in its sheath - hope I ain't lost it.

Finished the night at the Robin Hood for the BSAOC Christmas nibbles.

Wednesday and I did nothing until I went to the Swan at nine o'clock.

Thursday and I finally got around to sorting the carb out on the TCT.

It was the accelerator pump not squirting like it should.

Friday and I walked in the garage to fit the final valve in the A10 head - and there was my Leatherman on the bench.

Managed to shoot the valve collet across the garage - but luckily I found it.

Saturday and we have storm Darragh to play with.

It did a bit of minor damage to Ian's garage, but I think we got off lightly.

Sunday and it was off in the Bongo to Greasy Lil's for dinner . . .  only they are having a complete kitchen refurb.

We opted for a "breakfast in a cardboard box" - which did the trick.

Then it was off to Ludlow Farm Shop for the usual bacon and sausage.
