Rowley Regis for "rehabilitation" - what a joke.
Once again - from my diary,
The washout surgery went well, or so they said, and I’m now in Rowley for rehab.
No way is Rowley a rehab hospital.
L
The physio team saw me around three times, and some of the patients they
have in there will never be rehabilitated.
L
End of life cases and dementia – they ain’t getting better.
All Rowley did was feed me and change the dressing on my surgical wound,
which had healed nicely apart from the last inch.
L
This would indicate not all the infection had been removed.
Rowley just kept changing the dressing rather than trying to find out why
the wound wasn’t healing. Also I
noticed a black spot on my toe, which wasn’t there when I was admitted – this
too had not been documented.
