
I'm now in Heartlands hospital for a while - at least the food's better.
Here's the diary again.
Rowley’s answer to this was to send me to the A&E department back at the Met.

They took a look at the toe and said “This needs a vascular team, we
don’t have one here” Really, at a
new teaching hospital ?
They sent me to Heartlands – where their vascular guy took one look and
said “That’s a blood blister” – and promptly discharged me from the vascular
unit.
Saturday
1st February.
Right, I’m now in Heartlands.
All they did here was very similar to Rowley – only the physio team were better
and the food far better

It must have been better ‘cos my weight went up to 85Kg – 13 stone 3, or
thereabouts.
I stayed there for a while, then they told me the best folks to sort out
this mess were at Good Hope Hospital.
So I was booked in for revision surgery on February 14th.
