This wonderful device keeps a negative pressure around my surgical wound site.

I'm now in Good Hope hospital.

Well I had my surgery on Friday 14th

This time they have taken out my prosthetic hip joint and also the metalwork that was left in place following my pelvis repair back in 2009.

I've now got a temporary hip joint, which will be replaced with a permanent once once they are sure all the infection has gone.

So in a few months, I'll be having a hip replacement again.

Shall we say I feel a little bit sore ?
