Home at last - now all I need to do is get my mobility back - and that ain't easy.
Monday was spent pondering on the fitting of a downstairs toilet.
Tuesday and the district nurses called - they were more than pleased with the surgical wound from the
procedure on my femoral artery - they put a small dressing on it, which can come off in three days.
Wednesday, and after three months of fruitless requests to get my toe nails cut, I finally get them
sorted out by the podiatrist who does Ian's nails.
I also had an "emergency" commode delivered ( thanks Dave P )
Thursday and it was an uneventful kind of a day - I had Dave Gould pop down for a coffee later in the evening.
Friday and it looks like I've got a bit of help coming in a few days a week.
A lass called Kimberley who's a friend of Andy's sister.
The physio team called, and they seem happy with how my mobility is coming along.
Saturday managed to spill my coffee - which narrowly missed the pre-book cheques for our rally.
Managed to cook my dinner by means of my perching stool in front of the stove.
Sunday and it seems the hard drive has failed on my security cameras DVR.
New unit ordered - should keep me busy for a while.
