The "Drifter Lifter" - a hydraulic bath hoist that was rescued from work many years ago. Great for getting engines out too.
Monday saw the B31 getting a bit of a clean, then later on it was
up the Spinney for a curry, then on to the Beehive for a pint.
Tuesday and I took the B31 to the ROH for an update on the hip situation.
Looks like they will be replacing the temporary one in the near future.
Paid this year's garage rent - ouch.
Wednesday and I went and got some petrol for the Goldie.
At half past two in the morning I had a case of "Treacherous Arse"
Thursday and the Drifter went out for dinner at Poolehall
calling in for bacon and black pudding on the way home.
The Drifter then got a bit of a clean and a going-over.
Friday was a day of doing nothing.
Saturday and I took the Goldie round the block - it's not charging - reg/rec unit failed. New one ordered.
The Drifter came out, and it was off to Midlife Classics for their "Mods & Rockers" day.
Dinner at Tony's Diner followed.
Sunday and it was off out on the Bullet.
Two new venues - Revs Automobilia and the Piston Club at the Stag
Still got a case of "Treacherous Arse" so I never went to the Wagon.
