Nine members of the Black Country & Shropshire Royal Enfield Group take a welcome rest on the hottest day of the year.
Monday, and the hottest day of the year.
Time to take a ride into the mountains of Wales.
Tuesday and the Enfield had a new rear tyre
and a modified right hand toolbox lock.
Wednesday and it was one of those days where I just didn't want to be on the bike
Thursday, being the last Thursday of the month - means it's the
Black Country & Shropshire Royal Enfield Group meeting at Poolehall.
Friday saw me doing a bit of fettling on the Goldie
then taking it for a test ride to the Old Rose & Crown bike night in Stourport.
Saturday and I finished off the Goldie reserve test - 52 miles before it runs out.
Took Andy to the new Met hospital - then bought him back a few hours later.
Luckily nothing serious.
Sunday and it was off to the Kabin for dinner, then on to
the Witch on the Water tea room at Daniels Mill for the last day under current ownership
