2015

January

  1.   January 4th  -    The Bantam Sports gets fettled . . . . a bit too cold for the cafe.

  2.   January 11th  -  Keys get lost . . .hips get MOT'd . . . locks get fitted . . .batteries get bought . . . .Sunday dinner gets eaten.

  3.   January 18th  -  I go to Bristol . . . the B175 engine runs for the first time. . . . once again, a bit too cold for the cafe.

  4.   January 25th  -  I get my teeth looked at . . . I get new glasses . . . Sunday dinner gets eaten.

    February

  5.   February 1st  -  A bit of a nothing week really . . .and that's about all that gets done . . . nothing.

  6.   February 8th  -  Even more of a nothing week

  7.   February 15th  -  I visit the doctors . . . . I visit the hospital . . . . I visit Bewdley and the cafe . . . .I develop a growth . . . . the Bullet goes for Sunday dinner.

  8.   February 22nd  -  I go to Coventry - twice . . . . the B31 gets a new big end . . . .Telford off road show - or not, as the case may be . . . . the D14 clutch gets freed up.

    March

  9.   March 1st  -  DOT gets MOT'd  . . . the Drifter gets MOT'd . . . the D14 gets ever nearer the road . . . I get wet - and cold . . . . I buy a new guitar.

  10.   March 8th  -  The D14 get MOT'd . . .the D14 springs a leak . . . . the Drifter gets a new tyre . . .the sun comes out, and so does the B33.

  11.   March 15th  -  The D14 seems happy now . . . the B33 has a bath . . . I get back on two ( non-powered ) wheels.

  12.   March 22nd  -  The B31 gets higher compression . . .the D14 needs a little fettling . . .the Bullet goes to Wistanstow ( via our rally ).

  13.   March 29th   -  My knee is officially old  . . . .when clutch baskets go bad . . . .my compensation finally arrives . . . rather too wet to play this weekend

  14.   April 5th  -  Bacon gets cooked . . . .legs fail to work . . . ."Good Friday" is a misnomer . . . .curry gets eaten . . . .I dine at Dom's.

  15.   April 12th  -  A mishap in Leek . . . I get "Bongoed"  . . .the B31 lives to ride another day and goes in search of stones.

  16.   April 19th  -  I have trouble with my nuts . . . the B31 is two tyred . . . I dine at Shobdon . . .time to tow . . . ."ShowTime" at Malvern.

  17.   April 26th  -  The trailer tent gets fettled . . .the Drifter gets fettled . . .the B31 gets fettled . . . the curtains get fettled . . .the B33 goes for dinner.

  18.    May 3rd  -  A week of fettling BSA singles - both two and four stroke . . . . .the B31 goes for dinner.

  19.   May 10th  -  The D14 goes uphill . . . privet gets chopped . . . the B31 heads for the Peak District . . . .the B33 goes East for dinner.

  20.   May 17th  -  The TCT gets new clocks . . . the B31 gets timed up . . . pedals get pushed . . . .the Guzzi goes for dinner.

  21.   May 24th  -  The car gets fettled . . . a favourite cafe re-opens . . . the Guzzi goes for dinner . . . the garden gets removed . . . Bantams go out to play

  22.   May 31st  -  The B33 goes for dinner . . . things get burned . . . .the Drifter goes to the seaside . . . I get a ride in an ambulance.

    June

  23.   June 7th  -  Blocks get laid . . . .Andy V gets married . . . I fall asleep in the sunshine. . . and that's about it.

  24.   June 14th  -  BSAs get MOT'd . . . knees get looked at . . . . blocks get finished off . . . .DOT gets fettled . . . cafes get visited.

  25.   June 21st  -  I get a  new drill . . . ferries get booked . . . cameras get set up . . . . beer was drunk in Ypres.

  26.   June 28th  -  Ponds get fallen in . . . . miles get covered . . . . Sunday dinner gets eaten

    July

  27.   July 5th  -  Things hot up . . . . I get a new head . . . DOT goes to Birmingham . . . the B33 goes out for dinner - twice.

  28.   July 12th  -  Compression is low . . .tyres get bought and fitted . . .houses get sold (maybe) . . .DOT goes out for dinner

  29.   July 19th  -  I see the doctor . . . I visit pubs and cafes . . .my Bongo gets cut up . . . .my hooves get trimmed . . .I visit the Grubs . . . I find Founders Day.

  30.   July 26th  - Fishy things are caught . . .knees are scanned . . . oils are topped up . . .indicators are fitted . . . curry and beer get consumed.

    August

  31.   August 2nd  -  Wheels get fitted . . . .I head down South.

  32.   August 9th  -  I go on a ferry . . . I visit The Lizard . . .it rains . . . .the Bullet gets an MOT. . .the TCT goes out . . . DOT is not at all well.

  33.   August 16th  -  Houses get sold . . .DOT gets fettled . . .A7s get fettled . . .houses get put up for auction . . . A10s get fettled . .  .I go away for a weekend.

  34.   August 23rd  -  Fences get painted . . .eyes get tested . . .gearboxes get sorted . . . fish get caught . . . .pistons get seized.

  35.   August 30th  -  Bikes get fettled . . .cameras get purchased . . .photographs get taken . . . and the cafe was visited.

    September

     

  36.   September 6th  -  The Guzzi goes for MOT . . . the B33 has a few problems . . .fish get caught . . . .the B33 seems all happy again . . . feeding time at Foxfield Railway.

  37.   September 13th  -  Fish get caught again . . . the MZ goes for MOT . . . lenses get tested . . . .carburettors get fitted . . . .bikes get looked at . . . the cafe was visited.

  38.   September 20th  -  Bongos get registered ( maybe ) . . . .the B33 gets fettled . . . Otters get consumed ( at the Ship Inn )

  39.   September 27th  -  things get steamy . . . things get windy . . .things get wet . . . Bantams get thrashed . . . dinner at the Ace Cafe

    October

  40.   October 4th  -  The D14 gets a new engine . . . .the B33 visits Lichfield . . . I get a campervan . . . my porch gets a new roof . . . .DOT goes for dinner at the Ponderosa.

  41.   October 11th  -  The Bongo gets fettled . . . teeth get fettled . . . I visit Kington for the first time . . . dinner at the cafe.

  42.   October 18th  -  Towbars get fitted . . .feet get fettled . . . radios get fitted . . .B31s get MOT'd . . . . Porlock gets Bongoed

  43.   October 25th  -  Wheels get balanced . . . trailers get fettled . . . shows get attended.

    November

  44.   November 1st  -  A bit of a nothing week . . . curries get eaten . . . fires get lit . . . cafes get visited.

  45.   November 8th  -  I get my bottom waxed ( Ooer ) . . . I get my wheels balanced . . . cafes are visited.

  46.   November 15th  -  Nothing gets done . . . .and let's face it, it's been said that I'm good for nothing.

  47.   November 22nd  -  Trailers get tested . . . seats get to swivel . . . dinner at the cafe.

  48.   November 29th  -  MZs get collected . . . .dinners get eaten . . . .knees do not lock up this time.

    December

  49.   December 6th  -  Cables get chased . . . .master cylinders get fitted . . . garages get tidied.

  50.   December 13th  -  Carriers get taken off . . . carriers get fitted . . .MZs get put back to original . . . .cafes get visited - dinner gets eaten.

  51.   December 20th  -  Gnashers get attended to . . . . garages get attacked . . . . garages get repaired.

  52.   December 27th  -  Lights get fitted . . .locks get fitted . . . dinner down the cafe.
